Therapy for the Anxious
or Depressed Overthinkers Seeking Clarity, Calm, and Relief.
Healing Begins With Feeling Heard.
Those who are over letting their minds control them. It feels like our minds hate us sometimes and let’s face it, plenty of times we believe it. You are the creator of your own story, not anxiety and not depression. The endless “shoulds” and “shouldn’ts” are exhausting. Being caught in that cycle of “I’m fine” when you’re anything but, can be infuriating. The mental race sometimes feels like it never stops- keeping you from enjoying even the smallest of things and I’d love to help!
Taking the first step can feel hard and overwhelming. Opening up in therapy and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable isn’t always easy. But therapy can be what you need it to be- whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, everyday stress, relationship challenges, or major life transition. Sometimes, we simply need a supportive space and someone to talk things through with. Other times, we may need deeper guidance and tools to help us grow and heal.
Working together, our space is safe and sacred. It will hold a lot of feelings, thoughts, laughter and tears. It is a place where you can feel free to be the realest version of you, whatever that version is. This space will be used to challenge ourselves, grow and heal.

A Peek Inside Our Sessions
Our initial sessions will be a space to slow down and explore what’s been coming up for you. We’ll take time to understand where your emotions are and identify challenges and patterns. We’ll then begin to explore goals you’d like to see yourself work towards. We’ll create a personalized therapy plan together that focuses on your specific needs, values, strengths and wants.
Personalized
We all have a story, our own unique life, past and current. In therapy, we’ll work together to identify what has been most impactful for you. Whether it’s triggers, unprocessed experiences, or unhelpful patterns and create a pathway towards self discovery and inner healing.
Intentional
Growth and healing go beyond simply coping or managing symptoms—they’re about nurturing the whole person. My approach is holistic, drawing from Mindfulness-Based Practices integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strengths-Focused methods. Together, these create space to support your mental and emotional well-being, while also addressing the physical symptoms that can accompany life’s challenges.
